BrightMAX™ 500 – 10 kb DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA marker, suitable for sizing linear
double-stranded DNA fragments from 500bp – 10kb and composed of 11 bands with fragments
of the following sizes: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0, and 10.0 kb. Bands
at 0.5 and 3.0 kb is two times brighter for easy reference on agarose gels.
