AgaPure™ Agaróza LE (standardní agaróza) je vysoce kvalitní a extrémně čistá agaróza s velmi nízkou interferencí a vazbou na barvicí činidla, která po barvení vytváří nízké pozadí a vysoký kontrast.

Je to neutrální polysacharid, který se získává v mnoha krocích čištěním z buněčné stěny některých řas a červených řas. Standardní agaróza tvoří se všemi standardními running pufry velmi čiré gely a vede k ostré a jasné separaci biomolekul.
